Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use this website, based on how the site is actually built: a static information site without accounts, forms, analytics or advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

This website is operated under the name Louvre Museum Tickets. For any privacy question or request, contact us at book@louvre-museum-tickets.fr.

Data we process

Hosting and delivery

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare processes this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to profile you.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to correct the site where relevant, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your consent choice

When you accept or reject third party content, your browser stores that choice locally so we do not ask again. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

What we do not do

Tiqets widget and links

Some pages offer a booking widget supplied by Tiqets. It only loads after you allow it. Once loaded, Tiqets receives technical data from your browser and may set cookies or use similar technologies under its own privacy policy. When you follow a link to Tiqets, the link includes our partner identifier so that a booking can be attributed to us. Any booking and payment is processed by Tiqets as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy.

Legal bases

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email book@louvre-museum-tickets.fr. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France or the authority where you live.

Changes

We will update this policy if the way the site works changes, for example if we add new third party services.
